LMI is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join their team in a challenging role that combines advanced analytics, digital services, and management advisory services. As a trusted third party to federal agencies, LMI operates without any commercial or political bias, offering specialized services in various markets such as logistics, intelligence, homeland security, health care, and energy and environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex data models using Systems Modeling Language (SysML) for Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) activities.
- Collaborate with software architects, developers, and analysts to integrate data models with software capabilities, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient system performance.
- Engage with the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) System Program Office to address space protection analysis needs, providing expert-level support and guidance.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance of data models, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Present analytical products to customers, effectively communicating complex data insights and recommendations.
- Participate in Agile analytical sprint processes, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
- STEM bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or master's degree with 3+ years of experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in space domain, including Space Protection mission area knowledge and expertise.
- Strong background in modeling, simulation, and analysis tools, with experience in Cameo Systems Modeler or similar MBSE software.
- Excellent customer engagement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph and US Citizenship.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Previous work with the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), with a deep understanding of their systems and processes.
