You will be working full-time year-round, averaging 35-40 hours per week. Your schedule may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holiday hours. Overtime may be available and will be compensated in accordance with federal and state regulations.

Your hourly wage will range from $17 to $23, depending on your experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome Guests: Greet guests warmly, respond to inquiries, share local insights, and accommodate special requests.
  • Manage Reservations: Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently, and suggest room upgrades.
  • Promote Amenities: Highlight hotel features, sell rooms to walk-ins, and find alternatives when fully booked.
  • Assist Guests: Resolve guest issues promptly, provide additional services, and offer local recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues, communicate effectively, and provide support as needed.
  • Maintain Front Desk Area: Keep the front desk organized, stock supplies, update logs, and manage records.
  • Adhere to Policies: Ensure high-quality work and compliance with all procedures and policies.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Three months of guest service experience in a high-end hotel, resort, or office environment is preferred. We will train the right candidate.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, work on a computer, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Extended workdays may be necessary during peak periods. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
Performance Evaluation:
Regular performance reviews, attendance, productivity, and feedback from colleagues will be considered.
