Call Center Customer Service Representative

TITLE: Customer Center Specialist
LOCATION: Renton, WA
SHIFT: Day, Swing, and evening shifts available
PAY: $26 - $34/hr.
TYPE: Contract/Contract to Hire
BENEFITS: Medical insurance, 401K, sick leave as applicable by state law, and EAP.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a Customer Center Specialist for an leading fleet vehicle manufacturing company. This role will deliver exceptional service to customers by identifying and deploying resources. This would be a great opportunity for someone with excellent customer service experience looking to join a reputable company with great growth opportunities
- Answer incoming calls in a timely manner determining and deploying the appropriate service resource.
- Monitor job progress and provide timely updates to customers.
- Documents thorough details of each accident and its activities.
- Collaborate with various team members simultaneously to ensure that appropriate actions are being pursued.
- Provide feedback to dealers, customers, and appropriate internal teams.
- Support service scheduling and contract maintenance for vehicles.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFCATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or actively pursuing, preferred
- At least one year of demonstrated customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated emotional intelligence
- Proven ability to deal rationally with customers in high pressure situations
- Reasonable mechanical aptitude (specific vehicle knowledge desirable)
- Good organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize
- Self-starter who is effective working under limited supervision
- Ability to work a flexible shift including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual (Spanish, French or Punjabi) a plus but not required
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM experience desired
