Summary

The Accounting Coordinator will support Kigo by maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and assisting with various accounting tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

•Process accounts payable vendor invoices and employee expense reports, respond to vendor inquiries and prepare weekly check runs.

•Process accounts receivable invoices and post payments.

•Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.

•Support month-end close activities.

•Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

•Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.

•Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

•Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

•2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

•Proficiency in accounting software

•Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

•Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.

•Strong organizational and time management skills.

•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Experience using Microsoft D365.
