As Senior Technical Recruiter you play a pivotal role in talent acquisition by leveraging their extensive industry knowledge, advanced sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management skills to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent for the organization. You are expected to collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Head Hunting for the best Technical Talent
  • Finding Passive Candidates: Technical roles often require specialized skills and experience that may not be actively looking for a job. Headhunting skills enable a technical recruiter to identify and approach these passive candidates who are not actively searching for new opportunities.
  • Since skilled technical professionals are in high demand, and there is often fierce competition to attract top talent. A technical recruiter proactively seeks out and engages with top candidates before competitors do.
  • To establish and maintain relationships with potential candidates even when there are no immediate job openings. This helps in creating a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Effective headhunting requires a deep understanding of the industry, including knowledge of key players, market trends, and technical skills in demand. A technical recruiter with strong headhunting skills is better equipped to navigate the competitive landscape and identify suitable candidates.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience, with a minimum of five (5) years in technical recruitment
  • With proven track record in sourcing and screening for successful niche roles under Software Development, IVR, AI Bot Development Systems and Engineering
  • Experience in borderless recruiting is an advantage
  • Experience in a headhunting firm is a requirement
  • Understands current tech trends
  • Proficient in sourcing techniques and tools, such as use of boolean searches, social media, talent mining and online networking
  • Ability to work confidently with senior leaders, providing on-the-ground insights to align with strategic priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present complex topics to diverse audiences and build lasting relationships with internal teams, external partners, and candidates
