The Opportunity:

Essential Job Functions:
  • Pulling documentation for audits.
  • Print and mail medical records and appeals certified mail.
  • Distribute faxes, incoming mail, etc.
  • Updating Smart Sheets with claim status.
  • Prints/Mails daily hardcopy payers UB's, Medical Records & EOB's.
  • Pulls various reports and works special projects.
  • Perform these duties while meeting the mission of Ensemble Health Partners, as well as meeting the regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
