Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to staff and patients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network systems
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
  • Perform level 1 problem diagnostics and resolution of moderately complex system hardware, software, network, and operator issues
  • Set up and configure IT equipment and peripheral equipment such as docking stations, screens, printers, and recycle returned IT equipment
Requirements
  • Associate's degree (2-year college or technical school) preferred
  • 1-3 years related experience and knowledge of MDM's, Microsoft Intune/O365 is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to train users in complex topics and communicate concepts to technical and non-technical users
  • Broad knowledge of data processing systems, concepts, and methodologies
  • Reliable transportation
