- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Perform level 1 problem diagnostics and resolution of moderately complex system hardware, software, network, and operator issues
- Set up and configure IT equipment and peripheral equipment such as docking stations, screens, printers, and recycle returned IT equipment
- Associate's degree (2-year college or technical school) preferred
- 1-3 years related experience and knowledge of MDM's, Microsoft Intune/O365 is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to train users in complex topics and communicate concepts to technical and non-technical users
- Broad knowledge of data processing systems, concepts, and methodologies
- Reliable transportation
