Essential Duties & Functions Responsible for monthly and annual financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP, including regular reporting with the global leadership team. Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate the organization's financial function and performance. Provide timely development of budgets, financial reports, financial KPIs and other trends and dashboards trends to assist the Board and senior executives in performing their responsibilities. Enhance and/or develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures of the organization Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization, Optimize the handling of bank relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to optimize cash position. Develop a cash-flow forecast process and reporting mechanism Function as an advisor from the financial perspective on any contracts into which the company may enter. Evaluate the finance division organizational structure for continual improvement of the effectiveness of the group as well as provide individuals with professional development. Establish and monitor an effective and accurate product costing infrastructure. Coordination and oversight of annual audits by independent auditors Coordination and oversight of federal, state and local tax compliance and reporting. Coordination and negotiation of contract renewals, including employee benefits and company insurance programs. Other duties, as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (MBA preferred). 10+ years of related industry experience; Manufacturing environment a plus Senior leadership experience managing cross-functional teams with demonstrated ability of building a strong, collaborative culture driving and exceeding projected results. Knowledge, experience, and skills to be an effective leader and the ability to manage, influence, and create trust at all levels of the organization. Proven and demonstrated record of success in the development and progression of employees. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with all parts of the organization and our external customers and partners. Must be able to facilitate meetings onsite and remotely. Proven financial and accounting acumen. including P&L responsibility, inventory, costs, margins, and operational performance analytics. Strong skill set in the use of Excel and Microsoft Office. Significant, relevant experience with complex ERP system (SAP preferred). Significant, relevant experience with data management and data analysis tools.
