The MSP Delivery Manager will be responsible for developing strategies to meet client needs and ensuring compliance with industry standards and client-specific requirements. Key Responsibilities: MSP Account Development and Execution: Act as a main point of contact for clients leveraging MSPs to fulfill their staffing needs Work with both the client executive sponsor and the MSP Program Manager/team Understand client initiatives that are driving staffing needs through the MSP Ensure client satisfaction through timely and quality delivery of staffing solutions. Attend MSP facilitated intake calls for all requisitions Attend score card meetings Candidate Relationship Management: Build a robust pipeline of candidates Prep candidates before phone and face to face interviews Partner with Support Team to ensure candidates are properly onboarded Maintain check ins throughout the candidate’s assignment Recruitment Process Optimization: Develop and refine recruitment processes for MSP clients to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Appropriately leverage technology to increase efficiency within the recruitment process Optimize the use of an AI tool to assist in the initial screening of candidates Track job openings and prioritize requirements. Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement. Conduct market research to stay informed of trends in IT/Technology. Use market insights to inform recruitment strategies and client consultations. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specific requirements. Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes. Maintain up to date knowledge of VMS technology and trends and regulatory changes. Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in IT/ technology recruitment within the staffing industry Proven experience managing recruitment with MSP clients or high-volume recruitment Demonstrated experience working with client stakeholders Skills: Strong understanding of VMS tools and platforms (e.g. Beeline, Fieldglass, IQNavigator). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
