Position Overview:

We are seeking a poised and professional Receptionist to be the face of our company. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, impeccable grooming, and a proactive attitude to handle a range of administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.

Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting mail, filing, and data entry.

Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless operations.

Handle client inquiries and provide basic information about the company and its services.

Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professional demeanor with a friendly and approachable personality.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Discretion and respect for confidentiality.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
