Our client is a spin-off of, and subsequent new venture, from a 100-year-old, high-growth, extremely profitable, highly innovative, multi-billion-dollar, global manufacturer based in the U.S.
Location
Remote based in Texas or Mexico.
Compensation

Primary Responsibilities
- Indirect Sourcing focusing on Professional Services
- Managing Current 3rd Party Vendors and Suppliers
- Sourcing New Vendors and Suppliers
- Preparing Quotes and Negotiating Contracts
- Conducting Supplier Performance Reviews
- Project Management
Education, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required, ideally in Business, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related subject.
- Must be Bi-Lingual Spanish
- 3+ years of procurement experience focusing on Professional Services (including HR, Staffing, IT, Legal, Marketing, Public Relations, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and contract management experience, working with 3rd party vendors and suppliers.
- Experience using supplier management and contract management systems.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with teams globally (primarily in North America, but also in Mexico, Europe, China, and India).
- Must be willing and available to do overnight travel 5-6 times a year for training and meetings.
