We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist or Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team at The Boeing Company. Key Responsibilities- Negotiate Contracts: Integrate program, customer, product, and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation, and contracting strategies.
- Manage Supplier Performance: Conduct risk, issues, and opportunities management, and manage supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance.
- Lead Negotiation Teams: Provide oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance, and lead negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions.
- Develop Strategic Supplier Solutions: Participate on supply chain process improvement teams and identify improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.
- Experience: 3 or more years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management, and 3 or more years of experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, and preferred qualifications include 3 or more years of experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) and 3 or more years of experience negotiating non-competitive, government procurements that exceed the Truth In Negotiations Act (TINA) threshold.
- Travel: Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.
- Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Procurement Specialist: $79,900 - $98,700
Summary pay range for Supply Chain Manager: $102,000 - $126,000
