Distribution business operates in Subscription and Transaction revenue models and generate 34.4 % of revenue to the total business of RateGain. What we are looking to hire: We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager at Senior Technical Product Management level to join our team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be in a high visibility IC role responsible for leading & managing multiple complex technical products across different teams and departments, with global reach. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and global hotel supply and demand generating technology partners to ensure successful delivery of products.You will regularly interact with Senior functional Leaders, CXO's and Founder/CEO of the company Responsibilities: -You will contribute to defining the product vision, define the product roadmap, involve in direct product development and roadmap execution & also ensure a high return on investment (ROI) on your product.

-Identify and articulate the problem statement clearly and should have the ability to deep dive in the solutioning to manage its solution delivery. Communicate accurate details of the requirement and the outcome expected to during white boarding session in writing. Gather information informally but ensure giving directions formally.

-Ability to identify dependencies, highlight risks and its mitigation plan.

-Understand the market, define and lead the product vision, the product line, and the competition extremely well and operate with a strong basis of knowledge and confidence.

-Stay on top of market trends to determine the right product at the right time and take responsibility for devising and executing the plan.

-Anticipate and identify product flaws and build real solutions. Take positions on important issues like competitive benchmarking, architectural choices, product decisions, and drive the product to market

-Define and design products that can be executed with a strong effort and not just focus on how many features that competitors are building.

-Have complete clarity on the differences among delivering value, matching competitive features, pricing, and ubiquity.

-Deliver superior value to the marketplace during product planning and achieving market share and revenue goals during the go-to-market phase.

-Identify opportunities for analytics with the data at hand by working closely with key stakeholders, customers, and the data science team.

-Write user stories and scenarios. Collaborate with the Product Managers, Development Managers, and Quality Assurance to maintain the product backlog.

-Participate in Sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings and provide feedback. Manage scope and define the minimum viable product for assigned development concepts.

-Help the team to estimate development time for each scenario. Work closely with UI/UX teams to drive experience maps, concept storyboards, functional wireframes, and other user experiences.

-CO-Owning the P&L of the product .Keeping a track of costs, margin and profitability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

-To succeed in this role, you should be a creative leader and a reliable problem-solver.

-8 – 10 years of experience in Product Management, with minimum 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise level B2B Product Management.

-Hands on understanding of 3rd party APIs & Integrations, technology involved in stability, reliability & security of product, OAM (Operations, Administration, Maintenance), Reports, Analytics, Reconciliation etc involved in an Enterprise level B2B Products

-Work Experience in travel & hospitality B2B product will be an added advantage An ability to become a product domain expert and go to person in the company.

-Confident and have a knack for knowing what ideas that will and won’t work.

-Will be able to articulate a platform and product vision and be capable of blending the needs of other product managers, data science team, different technical & business groups into a well-formed technical product & platform road map.

-Should be able to work closely with other internal and external product and technology experts.

-Should be a data citizen with the ability to analyse data and derive high-level insights.
