We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and strategies in the IT sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Quadrant Technologies' IT products and services. Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and press releases. Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts. Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to increase brand visibility. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing within the IT industry. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry. Experience with product marketing and go-to-market strategies. Familiarity with analytics tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing or similar platforms. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
