The Housekeeper at Cottonwood Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Laramie, Wyoming is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents and guests. This position is part of our hospitality/restaurant team and is a full-time, hourly role. As an individual contributor, the Housekeeper will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and overall satisfaction of our facility.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $13 to $15.07 per hour, paid biweekly. Additionally, employees are eligible for healthcare benefits, paid time off, and other company perks.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all common areas, resident rooms, and staff areas are clean and well-maintained on a daily basis
- Dust, mop, and vacuum floors, carpets, and furniture as needed
- Sanitize and disinfect all surfaces, including doorknobs, light switches, and handrails
- Keep bathrooms fully stocked and clean, including restocking toiletries and cleaning fixtures
- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling properly
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department
- Assist with laundry duties and restocking linen closets
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
- Follow all cleaning and sanitation procedures in accordance with company policies and regulations
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred, ideally in a healthcare or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation techniques
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
