What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage the recruitment and hiring processes for healthcare provider roles
Develop effective recruitment strategies and candidate assessment tools
Conduct interviews and provide objective candidate assessments
Build and maintain a strong provider network for talent sourcing
Assist with employee relocation and onboarding processes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Undergraduate Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
6+ years of experience in a dedicated recruiter role
Experience in provider recruitment
Knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to travel within the United States
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
PHR or CPC designation
Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRMS
Strong networking and internet research skills
Understanding of healthcare industry and business knowledge
