Salary: $23.00/hr.
This is a full time, temp-to-hire position
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8.00 AM - 5.00 PM

Responsibilities:
  • Provide service support to Customers, Distributors and Channel Partners.
  • Review, Update, and Load customer contracts.
  • Record and process orders and/or inquiries.
  • Create Excel reports including Open Order Report.
  • Access and understand customer-specific portals.
  • Ensure orders are retrieved from customer portals and that tracking details are provided in a timely manner.
  • Track order activity.
  • Follow-up with internal teams and customer on outstanding Accounts Receivable issues.
  • Provide invoices and statements.
  • Work alongside Quality and Purchasing on related issues.
  • Maintain and Improve customer(s) OTD and delinquency reports.
Requirements:
  • 1 year experience in similar Customer Service
  • 1-2 years experience with data entry
  • Experience how to use a database
  • Experience creating reports in Excel and emails
  • Intermediate Excel skills needed. Advanced skills are a plus.
  • Understanding with placing purchase orders is a big plus
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
