Prinsco has an opportunity for a motivated Customer Service Representative in Chatsworth. • Provide exceptional customer service in the accurate fulfillment of orders, including supporting the dispatch function.
• Establish working relationships with sales to better understand customer needs, their unique product terminology and pricing.

We require the following qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required with a minimum of six months customer service or dispatch experience.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with the ability to solve practical problems in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Exceptional influencing skills with the ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.
• Proficient with MS Office products and IQMS preferred.
• Maintain confidentiality, exercising discretion when conveying and communicating with customers, employees, manager and corporate HR.
