summary Temecula Manufacturing Facility Seeking 1st Shift Customer Service Representative 1st shift Schedule:Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm Training Time 7:00am-3:30pm (about a week or two) Base Pay$18.50 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responds to customer inquiries on the telephone, through on-line networks, and by mail. Communicates with customers to help them understand how to use the product properly. Handles customer problems that appear to arise from the use of the product. Handles requests for replacing defective parts. Communicates with programmers and authors regarding bugs and follow-up to make sure fixes are received and tested. Completes, maintains, and processes pertinent paperwork and records. Plans and schedules levels of support according to the product release schedules. Assists In the final testing of new products. Our Customer offers: Temp to hire-become full time employee with client once contract is completed. Safe & Clean environment. Full time to regular positions.
