Business Development Representative

Everstaff is seeking a Business Development Engineer for a manufacturing company in the Mentor area.
Salary: $80,000k

Responsibilities:
- Support the long ter, growth plan of the organization
- Work closely with internal team to identify solutions to educate decision makers
- Learn and development in-depth knowledge on all products to actively participate in creating education and edgaging contect
- Problem solving with customers and collaboration with internal teams such as production, engineering, quality and marketing deparrments
- Conduct visits with potential customers to grow relationships and gain deeper insights into their clallenges and feedback
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenuw growth
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or comparable technical training with further commercial training/experience.
- Previous experience in B2B customer service, sales, account management, or a related role would be an advantage.
- Willingness to spend extended time in Germany during the familiarization phase.
- Willingness to travel in Europe and across North America as required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Familiarity with HubSpot and Sage is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to analyze data, understand market trends, and develop strategies for growth.
- Highly organized with an aptitude for problem-solving.
- A passion for customer success and a commitment to achieving sales goals.
