Shift: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM
Pay: $17-18

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Regulatory Compliance Support: Assist Compliance Analysts in researching, interpreting, and applying gaming regulations and standards from diverse jurisdictions to ensure product compliance.
  2. Documentation Preparation: Aid in the preparation of compliance documentation, including technical specifications, testing reports, and certification submissions for regulatory approval processes.
  3. Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis and validation to support compliance assessments and regulatory submissions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  4. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review product designs, features, and functionalities to identify and address potential compliance issues early in the development lifecycle.
  5. Audit Assistance: Support Compliance Analysts during regulatory audits by gathering requested documentation, facilitating communication with auditors, and ensuring compliance records are readily accessible.
  6. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to compliance processes, documentation templates, and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to expand knowledge of gaming regulations, compliance practices, and industry trends, fostering professional growth within the compliance field.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience or coursework in regulatory compliance, gaming industry, or similar field preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and technical documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with compliance management software is a plus.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
