  • Project Support: Provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle, including testing, validation, and implementation of new systems or processes.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all processes and solutions meet the required compliance standards, including GDPR and AML regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong technical background.
  • Domain Knowledge: Proven experience in data privacy, GDPR, PII data management, and AML case management preferred.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with data protection technologies and regulatory compliance tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Documentation: Proficiency in creating clear and detailed documentation, including requirements and process flows.
