We are seeking an Assistant Site Coordinator to join our team Benefits: Pay rate: $28-$30/hr based on experience Paid holidays (14) and School Breaks (Thanksgiving, Winter, Spring, Summer) Stepping stone into career in education, to a credentialed teacher Employee assistance program, dental, vision, wellness program, life insurance, flexible spending account, commuter benefits. Minimum Requirements: 1-2 years experience in a K-12 setting Available Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, afternoons until 7 pm Commitment to social justice, youth leadership and development Ability to work in a collaborative team environment Be able to communicate openly and effectively with all stakeholders Be able to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple priorities and strict deadlines.

Preferred: Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Cantonese OR Spanish is preferred. Commitment to a full school year, Summer program & commitment to participate in professional development. Responsibilities: Assist the Site Coordinator in all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the program at the school site. Assume the roles and responsibilities of the Site Coordinator in their absence. Support Site Coordinator in supervision and safety of the program Create, plan, and facilitate engaging enrichment and physical activities for students Promote a safe and positive emotional climate in the classroom and on the campus About Us Bay Area Community Resources (BACR) promotes the healthy development of individuals, families and communities through direct services, volunteerism, and partnerships in the San Francisco Bay Area.
