Job Description
The Developer Support Advisor answers general questions regarding the Developer Program enrollment process, account management inquiries, resolving errors in the Developer Admin Tool or that occur during app development and testing, and helping to navigate Worldwide Developer Community (WWDC) inquiries.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Developer Support Advisor at Concentrix, you will:

  • Provide expert support for developer needs and relations using available tools & resources.
  • Help developers resolve minor technical issues.
  • Maintain and own ongoing contact needs via phone, email, text & video.
  • Deliver expert customer experiences...with a smile


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:
  • 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED, with preference of college degree work.
  • Minimum 2-years experience supporting customers via a combination of phone, email, &/or chat.
  • Live within 35 miles of the site and be able to work your full shift in the office.
  • You will utilize multiple systems on a PC throughout your day to day and must pass technical assessments to show those skills.
  • Your ability to communicate effectively and professionally will be a key need in this position and these skills will be reviewed from start to finish throughout your application and hiring process.
