**Customer Service Executive**

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who is passionate about delivering first class customer care and wants to be part of a growing company thats really going places. The role with involve:

* Providing wow customer service

* Professionally dealing with customer queries by phone and email.

* Processing orders and payments

* Ensuring call cases for machine breakdowns and maintenance are logged accurately

Youll need:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Exceptional organisational skills

* A strong eye for detail

* An ability to work under pressure

* Effective team working

* An ability to work using your own initiative

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
