**Job Description**
**Working Hours:** 40 **Working Pattern:** (E.g. Monday-Friday) Monday-Friday
Faithfulls are part of the Uk's largest flooring distribution group and are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work within our busy customer service department based in our new offices in Ipswich. This role will deal with all internal calls and correspondence from customers and be responsible for placing new orders on the system, dealing with queries/complaints via the telephone and email. You will provide advice and technical assistance relating to products whilst providing an excellent customer service experience for our customers.
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience of dealing with customers
* Good communication skills written and verbally
* Attention to detail
* Time management - able to prioritise
* Demonstrate role model behaviours, best practice
* Word/Excel/Outlook
* Pass and above for English/Maths GCSE or CSE
