POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Senior Process Associate in Customer Service, you will play a key role in assisting contract owners, agents, and third parties with life and annuity products. Your primary responsibility will be delivering accurate and professional responses to telephone inquiries, leveraging your knowledge of life and annuity products. Working in a high-volume call center, you will utilize multiple systems to provide precise information, ensuring a positive customer experience. Strong bilingual skills will be highly valued to effectively communicate with a diverse client base. You are expected to maintain professionalism, meet quality standards, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of each year of education).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume inbound call center.
- Consistent employment over the last 24 months.
- Prior experience in Life and Annuity products.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual (Required).
- Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of life insurance products and procedures, gained through experience or coursework.
- Ability to quickly learn financial concepts and systems.
- Flexibility in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
