We manufacture water-efficient products including flush valves, electronic faucets, soap dispensing and sink systems along with vitreous china fixtures for commercial, industrial and institutional markets worldwide.

The primary responsibility of the National energy Solutions Sales manager is to grow sales in the ESCO Market and the PWT Product Line. To work directly with "Performance Contactors" doing business in this market and build relationships. Help develop sales plans, execute same and coordinate marketing efforts for both the short term and long term objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
•Grow sales within the ESCO Market & PWT Product Line by building relationships in this area.
•Develop specifications, job funnel, track jobs from earliest point in job cycle possible
•Engage the Rep Sales force through training and guidance to become proficient in finding and bringing jobs to your attention for review and quoting.
•Work with the New Product Development team, Product Line Managers and Quality Review Board to help develop new or modified products needed with in the ESCO/PWT Market, as well as, resolve any product field issues.
•Work with the NSM, Director of Marketing and PLM's as appropriate to developed sales and marketing strategies, sales support materials, etc., to meet the changing market needs to grow our market share in this market segment.
•Help plan product forecasts (PWT & these products used by "performance Contractors"), establish product pricing, monitor and manage budget and expenses.

Required Qualifications
•Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or related discipline
•5+ Years Commercial sales experience involved with working with in the "job cycle", quoting and specification work
•Ability to travel up to 65% of time.
•Good presentation skills and ability to train people on product applications.
•Knowledge of plumbing systems and controls
•Prison work will require passing a Federal Background Check (FCIC
