About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar Energy Sales Professional to join our team at Blue Raven Solar. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from start to finish, supported by our exceptional Customer Service, Operations, and Installation Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to potential customer homes to present our cost and energy-saving solar systems.
- Top performers will be provided access to warm leads to maximize earning potential.
- Leverage personal network, social media, and door-knocking efforts to create sales opportunities.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar with personalized proposals.
- Personalized follow-up with customers to ensure their transition to Solar goes as seamlessly as possible.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Requirements:
- Professional, consultative approach to in-home presentations and proposals.
- Ability to speak passionately about the positive impacts of sustainable solar energy.
- Live within 1 hour of office.
- Sales experience with high ticket items ($10k+) (preferred but not required).
