We are looking for Patient Service Representative to join the team
The Patient Service Representative will be responsible for:
Scheduling appointments and/ or surgeries for patients
Check patients in and out
Verify demographics
Collect co-pays
Insurance verifications / authorizations / referrals / worker's comp
The Qualifications for a Patient Service Representative:
Previous experience in a medical office - in patient or out patient
Working in a fast-paced environment
Used EPIC or another EMR system is a plus
High-level customer service in a patient service representative capacity
