Enterprise Security Architect Director

We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill the Enterprise Security Architect Director position as we work to build a Gen AI Assistant that will transform the way BCG works.

Your role will involve leading Security Engineering, Architecture, and Automation efforts across our global organization to drive improvements based on new and emerging trends. You will be responsible for setting strategies for the future of BCG's security, with a focus on Gen AI products. Your responsibilities will include designing scalable, efficient, and cost-effective security solutions that meet the company's needs.

  • Address security challenges related to Generative AI
  • Work closely with Enterprise and Security Architecture teams
  • Perform security design and application architecture reviews
  • Develop and provide secure design patterns and secure coding advice
  • Implement Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and DevSecOps methodologies
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
  • Use vulnerability scanning tools and penetration testing methodologies
  • Implement and manage security technologies
  • Collaborate with solution architects and engineering teams
  • Manage projects and adapt to dynamic environments
  • Conduct security reviews of network designs
  • Work in Agile framework
  • Prepare and review monthly status reports and statistics

As the Enterprise Security Architect Director, you should have a strong background in network security engineering, cloud security, and AI/ML technologies. Your qualifications should include a BA degree in computer science or Cybersecurity, along with 10+ years of relevant experience. In addition, you should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and expertise in cloud security for platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
