The role involves managing inbound and outbound collection calls, handling complex, high-volume data entry, providing outstanding customer service, and solving problems effectively. The specialist will understand the entire credit and collections process, adhere to policies and procedures, and respond to both external and internal customer inquiries professionally. Additionally, the role includes processing, monitoring, and overseeing transactional activities related to the area of support, researching and analyzing data to address the root cause of exceptions, and ensuring operational and financial integrity within established corporate policies, procedures, and controls.
