YOUR MISSION

PROVIDE SOLUTIONS TO HOMEOWNERS:

Meet with homeeowners on set appointments to provide a free estimate on our foundation, waterproofing, and concrete solutions. Through a consultative and educational approach conduct a full inspection of the home and ensure homeowner understands our products/services. Provide a proposal / estimate in the home. TAKE CARE OF FAMILY:

make sure our project management team and construction crew have the insight they need to provide a WOW experience for the homeowner. Communicate with the homeowner when needed and ensure everyone in the process is treated with integrity. GROW & DEVELOP:

through weekly team meetings and regular trainings. Role play our sales process and receive feedback for continual improvement.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

MINDSET:

Desire to challenge the status quo as a Territory Sales Manager to redefine the construction industry. EXPERIENCE:

Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills. A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field (construction, beverage industry, route sales, insurance, prior business owners are encouraged to apply). A solid work history with demonstrated consistency in prior roles. Those with prior experience as a business owner,

Construction Sales, Outside Sales, Estimator, Account Manager experience encouraged to apply. REQUIREMENTS:

Valid driver’s license and ability to meet the requirements of a driving check and background check.

Ability to travel Monday-Thursday 2-3 nights every month.
