Air Management strives to provide our customers with service beyond their expectations. The HVAC Territory Manager plays a crucial role in delivering our mission and achieving our goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for the development of a defined sales territory in overall sales and profitable growth.

RequirementsResponsibilities - What you will doDevelop sales territory to meet and exceed profitability goals as defined by the strategic plan, annual sales budget, and desired levels of market penetration for overall volume, margin, and product lineMaintain strong relationships and provide outstanding levels of customer service internally and externallyApply knowledge of basic air conditioning and heating concepts to appropriately assist customers with product needs or problemsKeep customer current with updated pricing informationProvide marketing and promotional designs to expand salesMaintain accurate and up-to-date files relating to customer contact, details, and promotional activitiesAssess and monitor competition in territory identify potential and/or lost businessDrive to customer locations to sell products and services, establish relationships, and solve problemsAchieve successful outcomes through the application of a consultative sales process, relationship-based, providing solutions to business problemsParticipate in training opportunities, sales meetings, and events while professionally representing the company Conducts data analyses to key accounts/prospects measuring actual track purchases to goalsSupport corporate efforts for safety, government compliance, and all other company policies Perform other related duties as required and assignedQualifications - What we are looking for3 years industry sales or customer service experience with demonstrated profitable sales experienceAdvanced knowledge of the HVAC industry with application, technical, managerial experience a plusGood listener and strong communicator with the ability to build rapportEntrepreneurial, goal-driven, action-oriented, self-motivated, organizedAbility to deal with a variety of people and situations in a positive and open-minded mannerWillingness to travel as requiredRelated degree is a plusBenefits - What is in it for youBase salary plus commission on assigned territory accountsBenefits package - no waiting period Eligible on date of hireRetirement plan with a 6% company match - fully vestedPTO and paid holidaysOpportunity for advancement - culture of promoting from within
