Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (but is not limited to): Assist with executing the integrated marketing plan, ensuring consistency with brand strategy and brand communication plan Assist with the development of campaign creative: coordinating with internal stakeholders, agency counterparts for review and approvals Lead the tactical execution of Duracell's social platforms in line with brand objectives and marketing plans Act as a brand champion for all social media and e-commerce activation Support the Associate Brand Director across daily brand activities Manage projects from planning stage to execution and final assessment to achieve brand objectives Analyze brands and market trends and recommend actions to be taken Regularly monitor, track and report on IRI Market Data that could potentially lead to specific tactics or changes in strategies Qualifications: Prior experience in CPG marketing & advertising. Ideally, at least 4+ years' experience (2 on brand side) Prior experience managing creative agencies/Agencies of Record. Ideally, 2+ years. Exceptional communication skills to effectively work with peers and agency partners. Must be able to travel when needed to meetings, advertising productions, summits, trainings etc. (On avg. 20-25% of time) Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is required.
