Responsibilities: Assists all customers (retail & shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional & efficient manner. Informs customers of part requirements and specials. Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information. Pulls and fills orders from stock. Notifies manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention. Locates out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submits an emergency order if necessary. Notifies all necessary parties when special ordered parts have been received. Follows up on back-ordered parts and replenishes assigned inventory daily. Makes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders. Receives payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization. Ensures that all charge sales are signed by the customer and that all customers receive a copy of their invoice. Maintains excellent communication and customer service skills. Able to maintain a professional image and demeanor. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer & phone skills. Positive attitude is a must Qualifications: Parts experience preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Team player. Maintain an organized, orderly, and clean work environment. Schedule/Hours are based on a 5-day rotating weekly schedule. M-F (8am-5pm/8:30am-5:30pm/9am-6pm). Saturday schedule (7am-4pm/8am-5pm/9am-6pm). Benefits: Full benefits including medical, dental, and 401k with employer match after 90 days. Paid vacation.
