Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and marketing
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Previous experience as a Marketing Director or similar role
Key Responsibilities
- Actively identify and engage potential residents and families for assisted living services to enhance community occupancy.
- Design, execute, and evaluate events aimed at attracting prospective residents to the community.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, including managing the prospect CRM database, addressing inquiries, arranging tours, and ensuring effective follow-up.
- Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare facilities, including hospitals and clinics, as well as other referral sources.
