JOB DESCRIPTION: Day-to-Day An employer in Wilsonville OR is looking for a Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician to join their Service Desk team. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting internal applications and technology, dealing with about 20 tickets a week. They will also be involved with wiping old technology - including iPads, hardware, and PC's. The best candidates will have over a year of experience in a helpdesk role, and be comfortable with ticketing systems, Windows deployment, and Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange.

Job Requirements: - 6 months - 1 years’ experience in a helpdesk role - Experience supporting a Windows environment. - Experience troubleshooting minor issues with Mac products (hardware/software support) - Active Directory Experience resetting passwords and setting up new user profiles - MS Exchange troubleshooting experience - Proficient with troubleshooting both hardware and applications - Comfortable handling 20+ tickets/week - Great over the phone customer service Plusses: - Windows deployment background - Experience wiping/resetting old hardware.
