The Opportunity

Are you passionate about providing exceptional client service and supporting brokered products? M3 is seeking a skilled Brokerage Client Manager to support and assist our Brokerage team in servicing accounts, placing new business, and maintaining strong client relationships.

As a Brokerage Client Manager, you will utilize your insurance knowledge and professional communication skills to support the Brokerage Sales Team, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain accurate client files. You will work closely with the Brokerage Sales Team and other M3 staff to achieve this.
How You Will Make an Impact
  • Provide client service for assigned book of business, including responding to customer service problems related to policies, coverages, claims, and accounting/billing.
  • Process new and renewal policies, verifying requested coverages, and reviewing policies for accuracy.
  • Prepare binders, certificates of insurance, cancellations, reinstatements, and other related insurance forms required by customers.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients and carriers alike, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Grow your expertise in insurance policies, coverage, and industry trends through continuous learning and development opportunities.
What You Will Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or minimum two years of experience in insurance agency specializing in property and casualty commercial insurance, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Property and Casualty insurance license preferred or willing to obtain upon hire.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in professional verbal and written communication.
  • Knowledgeable about insurance products, markets, sales processes, and workflow procedures.
  • Team player mentality, delegating effectively and fostering trust among colleagues.
  • Proficiency in technical skills, including Microsoft Office suite and agency management systems (e.g., EPIC).
