Pay: $15-$18 depending on experience

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in greeting and welcoming guests to the Spa, providing information for any inquiries, help to coordinate all guest requests for services, and maintain impeccable cleanliness of the Spa.
  • Answer all phone calls timely and assist with all booking reservations.
  • Responds quickly to request from guest, supervisors, or management in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner and follows up to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Assist fellow associates with daily operations to support healthy teamwork and contribute to the success of the Spa.
  • Perform Opening and Closing duties seamlessly.
  • Assist with keeping all areas clean including locker room and restrooms while exhibiting courteous hospitality to all guests
  • Cleans and folds laundry for treatments and changing rooms when needed.
  • Always provides a professional image through appearance and dress in ordinance with the standards set by and for the Gervasi Spa employees.
  • Always follows company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Prior Spa experience strongly preferred
  • Luxury hotel experience
  • Knowledge in Book4Time software
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Due to the cyclical nature of the Spa Service industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the business including select evenings, regular weekends, and Holidays.
  • Prior front desk or administrative experience
  • Must be over 18 Years Old
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a retail, hotel, or spa environment
  • Working knowledge of spa services and products
