Your day as a Patient Care Coordinator

As a newly hired Patient Care Coordinator at Raleigh Capitol Ear, Nose, and Throat, you can expect to play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless patient experience. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, assisting with scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records. You will have the opportunity to greet and check-in patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed throughout their visit.
