Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager with at least five years of home care experience to oversee and streamline our operations. The ideal candidate will manage the coordination between the coordinators and the HR department to ensure efficient, smooth day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in overseeing both departments, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvements.Key Responsibilities:Coordination Oversight: Ensure smooth communication and coordination between the HR and coordination teams.Team Management: Supervise and mentor both the HR and coordination departments, maintaining high standards of performance and accountability.Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement systems to improve workflow, enhance service delivery, and meet regulatory requirements.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant home care regulations and standards.Problem Solving: Act as the go-to person for resolving operational issues, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions to optimize services.Performance Monitoring: Track department performance metrics and implement improvements to ensure high-quality care and efficient use of resources.Training & Development: Ensure staff in HR and coordination are well-trained, supported, and aligned with company goals.Hands-on Involvement: Maintain direct involvement in daily operations to oversee activities and ensure that processes are followed.Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement within the operations, implementing strategies for process optimization.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, specifically within the home care industry.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and support staff.Proven track record in coordinating between departments and driving operational efficiency.In-depth knowledge of home care industry regulations and compliance standards.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
