The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process for professional-level talent and recent college graduates. This role supports the recruiting goals for internal customers supporting: campus outreach, programs, services, and tools. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager on recruiting tasks: screening candidates, coordinating managers' interviews, tracking candidate evaluations, and preparing offer letter packets Responsible for maintaining the applicant tracking system for all entities; review and disposition candidates, run reports, and be the point person for ATS upgrades. Work with managers and Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure all requisitions have ADA-compliant job descriptions and maintain the job description library Responsible for all job postings, ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, and other social platforms deemed appropriate Intern and Co-Op Hiring: Ensure all appropriate approvals are received, post ads, review resumes, schedule interviews Assist with onboarding, run background checks, prepare and submit relocation and immigration initiation forms Assist with college recruiting, schedule fairs, coordinate internal employees’ participation, and handle logistics and attend events. Maintains reports for KPI and EEO Social Media / Marketing: Maximize sourcing channels, networks, social media, university relations, career fairs, etc. Special projects and other duties as needed. Requirements: High School Diploma with 4 plus years of experience or Associate degree with 2 plus years of experience Bachelor’s degree with 1 year experience Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems. Recruiting experience using social media (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.). Customer focused, adaptable, have strong follow up and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint Experience with employment practices and human resource policies and procedures preferred
