We are currently in search of a dedicated and proficient Oral Surgery Support Specialist to enhance our team.

As part of our initiative to attract top-tier talent, we provide a competitive compensation package, which includes a sign-on bonus of $3,000.

The role of the Oral Surgery Support Specialist is vital in ensuring superior patient care, leading to optimal clinical outcomes and fulfilling the needs of our patients.

This position involves assisting surgeons during procedures by executing tasks such as:

  • Tissue retraction
  • Managing intravenous lines
  • Completing necessary documentation

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a clear operative field utilizing surgical retractors, sponges, and suctioning and irrigation equipment.
  • Assessing the availability of essential equipment and supplies for surgical procedures.
  • Acquiring and inspecting both sterile and non-sterile surgical instruments and supplies.
  • Obtaining dental radiographs and imaging.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Licensed dental assistant
  • Radiology certification
  • Basic computer skills
  • Fundamental knowledge of medical terminology

Sign-On Bonus Details:
