Location: Northborough, MA
Summary: We are looking for a skilled Recruiter with extensive experience in Talent Acquisition and exceptional organizational abilities. This role is primarily administrative, requiring the ability to handle various facets of the recruitment process, maintain candidate documentation, and provide a superior candidate experience. The position is fully onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advertise job vacancies on multiple platforms, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Evaluate and filter resumes; determine applicant qualifications.
- Arrange and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring personnel.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Keep recruitment reports and records updated and accurate.
- Ensure that all job descriptions and candidate documentation are precise and current.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment with an emphasis on talent acquisition coordination.
- Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and engaging candidates.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication abilities with candidates and hiring managers.
Additional Information:
- This position is highly administrative and demands strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Role requires full onsite presence.
