Work Arrangement: 100% On-site
Contract Duration: 6 months

Position Overview:

  • This role involves significant administrative responsibilities, with the recruiter tasked to:
  • Post job openings in the applicant tracking system and across various job boards
  • Evaluate resumes and categorize them appropriately
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Source candidates through professional networking platforms
  • Update and manage all recruitment metrics and reports
  • Maintain accurate job descriptions and candidate records
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on talent acquisition coordination
  • Prior experience in a recruiting role within a staffing agency
  • Proficient in MS Office and possess excellent customer service skills
