Description

We are currently searching for a visionary Marketing Senior Executive, based in Phoenix, AZ to define our marketing strategy and lead Sunstate's marketing initiatives. This leadership role demands proficiency in modern digital marketing strategies. The successful candidate will lead the Marketing team to skillfully combine classic marketing techniques with digital strategies to amplify our brand visibility, stimulate growth, and engage target demographics across diverse channels. Candidates should possess a proven record of leading teams through a strategy that drives revenue increases, sustained through forging strategic alliances with our Sales, Engineering, and Marketing Services teams among other key departments.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:
  • Minimum of ten (10) years in comprehensive Executive level marketing roles, with extensive involvement in both digital and traditional channels.
  • Proven experience in crafting and executing effective digital marketing strategies within complex business environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership in building, guiding, and inspiring high-performing marketing teams, with a focus on professional development and mentoring.
  • Solid history of driving revenue growth and achieving strategic goals in senior marketing leadership roles, particularly in dynamic settings.
  • Outstanding ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization, combined with excellent collaboration and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital analytics tools and traditional market research techniques to inform and refine marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating teams and aligning efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that leverage detailed market analysis to meet company goals and revenue targets.
  • Execute an integrated marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels, aimed at boosting brand visibility, driving business growth, and expanding the customer base.
  • Outsource, as needed, to specialized agencies in support of marketing strategy.
  • Accountable to ROI through heavy emphasize on revenue growth.
Product Marketing
  • Collaborate with Product teams to identify a comprehensive suite of well branded products and services.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement, leveraging analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
  • Create compelling product marketing campaigns that highlight key benefits and drive customer adoption.
Brand Development:
  • Make Sunstate a household name.
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity to ensure consistency and resonance with target audiences.
  • Drive initiatives to strengthen the brand's presence in the market and differentiate it from competitors.
  • Drive initiatives to strengthen brand awareness through effective SEO/SEM strategies, content marketing, and digital advertising
Customer Acquisition and Retention:
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers, retain existing customers, and grow revenue with existing customers.
  • Utilize modern practices such as lead generation, lead qualification, and customer journey mapping to optimize customer acquisition and retention efforts.
Content Strategy and Lead Generation:
  • Develop a robust content strategy that drives lead generation and supports branding and customer acquisition efforts.
  • Implement advanced lead generation and qualification techniques to nurture prospects and convert them into loyal customers.
Team Development and Leadership
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that leverage detailed market analysis to meet company goals and revenue targets.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a marketing team capable of executing integrated marketing strategies, promoting a culture of creativity and continuous growth.
