Position Overview

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies aimed at acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth across multiple channels. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth through strategic campaign management, lead generation, and digital advertising initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity marketing and a proven track record of implementing successful growth strategies.

Specific Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation marketing strategies to attract, convert, and retain customers through various online and offline channels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions

Drive growth initiatives that include promoting the importance of cybersecurity features within products/services.

Plan, execute, and oversee performance on digital marketing campaigns across channels such as paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads), email marketing, content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and more.

Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize, create, and manage general marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.

Content Strategy: Work closely with the content team to develop content strategies that support lead generation and customer engagement efforts.

Manage search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to increase visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads.

Analyze customer data, market trends, and campaign performance metrics;

track key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide regular reports evaluating the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and analytics, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and customer needs.

Manage and optimize marketing budgets

to maximize return on investment (ROI) and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Develop and maintain detailed marketing reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Website Management: Work collaboratively with our web vendor to update and edit content on our website.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; MBA preferred

Proven experience in growth marketing (3 years), digital marketing, or a related field, with a track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.Preferably in the cybersecurity or B2B technology sector

Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns from conception to execution to measurement

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.

Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
