**Description**

**Responsibilities:** OASIS International is seeking an experienced candidate that is a highly motivated individual, who possess an innovative out of the box thinking. The Regional Sales Manager will develop and acquire sales for Oasis with new and existing customers. The Regional Sales Manager manages 6 independent sales agencies in the 10-state Northeast Region. Other responsibilities include gathering customer and competitor market and product data, develop sales plans, grow existing accounts, establish new customers and work with customers to solve issues. This position will work with internal functional areas such as customer service and accounts payable to ensure timely delivery of product.

**Specific Job Function:**

* Travel 50-75% of time

* Training in Columbus, Ohio for minimum 2 weeks

* Manage 6 independent sales agencies in the Northeast Region: Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Maine, Delaware, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire

* Seek, create, and develop new business opportunities by establishing new accounts, build relationships and growing business with existing accounts.

* Ensure customer needs are met, troubleshoot issues reported, and act as a liaison between customers, Reps, and the Company.

* Participate in sales forecasting

* Gather / report marketing trends and intelligence to aid management in understanding and establishing action plans.

* Responsible for preparing basic weekly reports

* Understand and promote all of the Companys products.

* Effectively communicate and champion Company goals and values to customers and Rep agencies. Initiate and coordinate communications between customer and the Company.

**Job Requirements:**

* Solid business acumen

* Knowledge of effective sales techniques, sales forecasting and planning required.

* Ability to effectively negotiate contracts and sales agreements with all types of customers.

* Good verbal and written communications skills; good presentation skills.

* Ability to effectively work in a team environment across multi-functional disciplines.

* Good planning and organization skills; self-starter with solid problem-solving ability

* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

* Ability to travel as required 50-75% of time

* Bachelors Degree preferred in Business or equivalent work experience.

* 3-5 years of sales experience
