Position Description:
Develop Electrified Powertrain Control System work products that coordinate actions and High Level Functions between modules and subsystems to meet vehicle level and Feature attributes such as:
Functional requirements o Quality Documents (Boundary Diagrams, FMEA, P-Diagram, Interface Matrix) o Design Validation Method (DVM) - Test Specification o Design Validation Plan and Report (DVP&R) - Test Report
Software in the Loop (SIL)/ Hardware in the Loop (HIL) test development and automation
Perform System level testing in vehicle, on breadboard or using Software/Hardware in the Loop
Submit Communication Network Interface Design requests to identify signals transmitted and received by vehicle control modules (CAN, Services, Ethernet)

Skills Required:
Control System Development

Skills Preferred:
Analyze vehicle communication data and ECU diagnostics
Support Functional Safety tasks where necessary
Support control system quality/field issue root cause investigation and issue resolution
Perform system simulation modeling (if necessary)

Experience Required:
Electric Vehicle Experience
3+ years' experience in control system design or calibration
Experience with vehicle systems and/or vehicle level attributes
Good team interpersonal skills and practices
Understanding of powertrain systems, components and electrified vehicles Driver's License

Education Required:
BSME or BSEE Engineering/Software Field
